Praise be to God, the Most Gracious, the Giver of sustenance, the One who responds to those in need of hope and demand. And prayers and peace and upon the final prophet, the best of God’s creation from non-Arabs and Arabs. and prayers and peace upon his honorable and honest family and companions.

The Journal of AlMaarif University College is making its way steadily to occupy its position among the institutions of scientific research and academic publishing, achieving all considered standards locally and internationally. In this context, a new issue is initiated, which is small in size but heavy in content. This issue is distinguished by the fact that it is issued simultaneously with the process of renewing confidence in the Journal by local official authorities, in addition to the international weight that the Journal enjoys, as it participated in the emerging academic gathering represented by the International Association of Scientific Journals published in the Arabic language, whose first meetings were held in Beirut in the month of May From the year 2021 to prove the statute of the association and launch the service of Arab academic publishing.

The publication included a bouquet of research ranging from Quranic linguistic studies to administrative studies, and researchers from Malaysia and the Sultanate of Oman had a distinguished presence in this issue.
