This study aimed to identify the role of supportive leadership in promoting organizational health from the point of view of faculty members at the University of Zakho. It also hypothesized that there is a statistically significant correlation and effect between supportive leadership and organizational health. A sample of faculty members at the University of Zakho. The number of questionnaires distributed was (40) valid for analysis and extraction of the required results. Several statistical coefficients (such as the arithmetic mean and standard deviation) were used to describe and analyze the study variables. The simple regression coefficient and correlation coefficient were used to measure the relationship and effect between supportive leadership and organizational health. The study reached a number of conclusions, including that most of the study sample agreed that the college has a follow-up system for evaluating solutions to the problems it deals with. The study concluded with a number of suggestions, the most important of which is the inclusion of supportive leadership in the training courses for faculty members, due to its importance in building relationships based on trust among faculty members. The departments of the faculties at the University of Zakho should follow all the developments that occur in the surrounding environment in order to maintain and continuously enhance their organizational health. Which can enhance and support the strengths and positive aspects in the field studied and address the negatives if taken in the future.
