Praise be to Allah, who has given greater favor to the worlds after He created and found. That he sent his gift of mercy, and his received grace, Ahmed. And prayers and peace be upon the best of those who convey the message of his Lord and his nation, guidance and happiness, the master of creation and the final prophet, Muhammad. And upon his family and companions, the righteous, the pure, the bearers of his supporting religion.

The Journal of the AlMaarif University College, is still fluctuating from one success to another, and it is published in this year with its new issue, which comes in the wake of the occasion of the birth of the master of beings and the best of Allah’s creation, Muhammad, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him. Perhaps this issue obtains the blessings of the Noble Prophet, which makes it a good impact on the hearts of readers with a bouquet of researches of varied intellectual and scientific richness. As usual, the topics of this issue covered a range of sciences and arts, starting with Islamic jurisprudence and Usululfiqh, with research that deals with a sensitive social legal issue, which is the age of puberty. Then a research comes to us dealing with the book of fasting in the investigation of a heritage author by a scholar, Al-Imam Al-Samqani Al-Hanafi, and for Quran interpretation a share through a research that deals with the method of dialogue presented in Surat Maryam and the educational lessons learned from that. The reader will find in this issue Islamic Sharea guidance for preventive measures against diseases. Then we are presented with a rhetorical research dealing with two of those who excelled in poetry and delicate Sufi literature, Ibn al-Farid and Ibn Arabi. We have research in financial sciences on the efficiency of government banks according to the analysis of the DATA envelope. A legal research from Omani legislation dealing with immunity and its effect, and a legal research studying domestic violence. Studies dealing with e-learning and studies. Other study shed light on the tourism prospects of the Iraqi Al-Rutba region with a geo-climatic analysis. Furthermore, there are research topics in other areas.

What distinguishes this issue is that it comes promising to readers and researchers who have taken our institution as a hallway for learning and teaching and to share the results of their research and summaries of their ideas, promising that the journal has received full recognition from the official and local academic institutions as well as achieving international standards for publishing quality.
