Agile Manufacturing and ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems Relationship and Impact A field study at the Kirkuk Cement Factory

Abstract

Researcher seeks to Determination the role and the impact of industrialization slim (workplace organization, maintenance overall produced, continuous improvement, real-time production system, cellular manufacturing) in environmental management systems ISO 14001 (environmental policy, the commitment of the administration, planning, implementation and operation, process control, corrective examination ) in the surveyed through a field study of that organization and the diversity of the organization and administrative levels. In the absence of many government organizations interesting themes manufacturing slim and EMS ISO 14001 and the importance of the subject from the perspective of the researcher as well as studies on the variables of the study and the relationship between them in the Iraqi environment, which deliberately to address this issue in a holistic manner in an attempt to examine the relationship and impact between manufacturing slim and systems environmental management ISO 14001.

In order to achieve the goal of the research questions and the answer to the problem of research and the application of this study on a sample consisting of 71 people from different departments in the organization of research. He was relying on the questionnaire as a prime tool for collecting data and information, and to deal with the use of a set of appropriate statistical tools to the nature of the research, such as the arithmetic mean and standard deviation and coefficient of variation and T.test test in addition to the transactions and influence that carried out using the statistical software link (SPSS ) Computer.
