This research deals with the study of the jurisprudential opinions of a scientist that had a   great role among his peers in understanding, studying and teaching Sharia sciences in all its aspects, including Islamic jurisprudence, this scholar and the majestic imam is Yahya bin Adam bin Sulaiman al-Kufi, as this paper sheds light on one aspect. The scientific life of this great scholar, and it shows his genius and his ability to derive legal rulings from their origins Agreed upon from the Qur’an, Sunnah and consensus, and his understanding of the branch’s measurement on the original, in addition to the definition The scholarly position he attained is evident from the large number of his sheikhs and   students and the praise of scholars to him with credit And knowledge and knowledge, it was his birth and upbringing in Kufa, which was the place of science and scholars at the time, and it was His father followed the path of scholars in education and achievement, so Imam Yahya bin Adam completed his journey His father was a scholar, and he excelled until he became the place of departure for the  student of knowledge, and it is sufficient that one of his students is Imam Ahmad and the Imam. Al-Qattan and other pillars of hadith and jurisprudence, and among his most prominent: works are just the provisions of the Qur’an, and the book is missing. He was a scholar and jurist who was not a copycat who was praised by many scholars and spoke in his scientific integrity, and he addressed in his book this throughout its four parts, the spoils, the shelter, the Kharaj land, the tithe, and the purchase of land The dhimmis also dealt with reforming neglected lands, planting palm trees, planting, Zakat, and others.
