This research deals with the study of the jurisprudential opinions of a scientist that had a   great role among his peers in understanding, studying and teaching Sharia sciences in all its aspects, including Islamic jurisprudence, this scholar and the majestic imam is Yahya bin Adam bin Sulaiman al-Kufi, as this paper sheds light on one aspect. Al-Qattan and other pillars of hadith and jurisprudence, and among his most prominent: works are just the provisions of the Qur’an, and the book is missing. He was a scholar and jurist who was not a copycat who was praised by many scholars and spoke in his scientific integrity, and he addressed in his book this throughout its four parts, the spoils, the shelter, the Kharaj land, the tithe, and the purchase of land The dhimmis also dealt with reforming neglected lands, planting palm trees, planting, Zakat, and others.
