Abstract
The aim of the research was to identify the impact of strategic thinking on creative behavior. Recognizing the importance of the subject as one of the modern topics that linked the two variables as well as trying to study it in an emerging environment, the University of Tikrit was chosen as a field of application (35), Of the research sample consisting of (88) individuals. The research adopted a descriptive-analytical method where data were collected, analyzed, and tested using many statistical methods using the statistical program (SPSS). The research reached the most important results of the existence of a relationship of statistical significance impact between strategic thinking and creative behavior, research also recommended a series of recommendations, including the relentless pursuit of the involvement of the university leadership courses hosted by specialists in the field of strategic management to understand the extreme importance of strategic thinking and creative behavior on the effectiveness of organizations.
