Abstract

The study aims to demonstrate the financial feasibility of establishing a typical fuel filling station in Anbar province and studied marketing, technical and financial aspects, and the structure of the investment costs required for the project, indicating the number of profits expected to be achieved and the benefits achieved at the level of investor and community and national income. Reach it is: The study showed the investment cost necessary to construct a model fuel station according to the modern specifications. The cost of construction was JD (360,755,000). The revenues achieved in the first year after the tax amounted to JD (38,727,462). and (5%) the tax amount in the first year (2,038,288) dinars. the number of sales was determined through the field study of the local market and visit a number of stations, and During the project evaluation methods, (4,6 years), which is a short period and good to recover the original amount of investment. The net present value was positive and high and reached (82,116,298) dinars and confirm the feasibility of the project, and also promote economic development by contributing to reducing the unemployment rate and supporting other activities that depend on Petroleum products. The study recommended the availability of Financial feasibility to invest in such projects, which will be an incentive for investors to invest their money in this project.
