Abstract

There is no doubt that most of the states have taken parliamentary immunity in their domestic legislation texts explicit considerations of public interest may give the concept of parliamentary immunity in the face of what it means to the members of Parliament are not subject to the provisions of the criminal law nor penal responsibility lies on them as a result of acts committed by them which takes the prescription of the crime. And this will become members of Parliament is above the law, without prejudice to the rest of the citizens of this interpretation has been the principle of equality criminal who is a manifestation of the principle of equality of citizens before the law. In order to take the impact of parliamentary immunity in the criminal liability of the members of parliament have divided the research into three sections first we dealt with the concept of the immunity of a member of parliament and responsibility of the criminal and the two demands we had in the first concept of parliamentary immunity and types, and the second we discussed the penal responsibility of members of Parliament in the framework of parliamentary immunity. The second section has discussed the effects of the criminal parliamentary immunity and the effects of the first two demands criminal immunity for objectivity and the second talked about the effects of the criminal procedural immunity. The third section was devoted to the effects of criminal cases end of parliamentary immunity and the cases of the first two demands the end of the criminal implications of the immunity of objectivity and the second end of the cases we discussed the effects of the criminal procedural immunity and finished with a conclusion in which the most important findings and recommendations.
